ME+EM, a UK direct-to-consumer luxury fashion brand, has raised GBP55 million from investors led by Highland Europe.
Having seen triple digit revenue growth globally the highly profitable brand will accelerate expansion in the US, followed by continental Europe, Australia and the Middle East.

The transaction value has not been disclosed.

The Business employs a highly scalable digital-only business model, using best-in-class technology to deliver its training across B2B and B2C markets. Advent International is on course to finish fundraising for its 10th flagship buyout fund at USD23 billion next month, according to a report by BuyoutsInsider.
A report by Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management, which is committing USD350 millions cited as the source of the information, while the Wall Street Journal says that Advent expects fundraising to hit an under limit of USD25 billion.
Even at the lower figure, Fund X would be the largest in the Advent’s 38-year history, some 31 per cent bigger than it’s predecessor fund which closed in 2019.
Ursa Space, a global satellite intelligence infrastructure company, has held the first close of its Series C Round with USD16 million in funding led by Dorilton Ventures.
Existing investors who participated in the round included Razor’s Edge Ventures, RRE Ventures, Paladin Capital Group, and others.
Ursa Space will use the new investment to respond to a significant increase in customer demand for automated, scalable, analysis-ready satellite data. It will also expand its field sales organisation to support newly emerging markets for earth observation data such as supply chain optimization, logistics, and insurance.
Stellex Capital Management (Stellex), a middle-market private equity firm with extensive aerospace and defence industry experience, has made a new platform investment in RTC Aerospace (RTC), a provider of complex machined components and assemblies for mission-critical aerospace and defence applications.
The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Based outside of Los Angeles, CA, RTC is a manufacturer of high-precision, difficult-to-machine components for commercial and military aircraft and varied aerospace and defence applications.
As part of the transaction, Brad Hart, an investor and executive of RTC since 1986, remains an investor in the Company and a board member.
ScribeStar, a digital platform for capital markets issuance, admission processing and ongoing reporting, has launched a funding round on Crowdcube.
ScribeStar has set a minimum hurdle for this investment round of GBP550,000, giving existing and new investors a chance to participate in its growing business.
ScribeStar raised GBP1.25m in what was an oversubscribed round on Crowdcube in 2021.

La Mancha Fund SCSp, a fund advised by La Mancha Capital Advisory (La Mancha), has agreed to invest USD10 million to acquire a 19.9 per cent stake in SRG Mining Inc (SRG), which is developing the Lola Graphite Project (Lola) in the Republic of Guinea.
This investment represents a significant further step in La Mancha’s strategy of broadening and diversifying the Fund’s portfolio of battery metals developers and producers; this is in addition to the Fund’s investments in gold miners.

Helcim, a payments company that powers small business, has closed a USD16 million Series A funding round led by Toronto-based venture capital firm Information Venture Partners (Information VP) and Aquiline Technology Growth (ATG).
The round also included participation from Generational Platform Partners, Alberta-based Accelerate Fund III, as well as key Canadian tech leaders including Boris Wertz, Jason Smith (Klue), Hanif Joshaghani (Symend), and Kevin Sandhu (ControlHQ).

The raise included USD200 million in fresh equity funding led by Founders Fund, with participation from all major existing investors including D1 Capital Partners, Thrive Capital, Redpoint Ventures, Coatue Management, Iconiq, Altimeter, Stripe, Lux Capital, Vista Public Strategies, Spark Capital, and Definition Capital.
They were joined by new investors General Catalyst, Avenir Growth Capital, 137 Ventures, and Declaration Partners, in addition to tech industry leaders.
Ramp also secured USD550 million in
Clearlake Capital Group (Clearlake) and Motive Partners (Motive) have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the BETA+ assets from London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), which encompasses the assets of BETA (securities processing, custody, clearing, and asset servicing technology), Maxit (cost and tax basis reporting software), and Digital Investor (front-end client solutions), collectively referred to as BETA+.
Additionally, Clearlake and Motive Partners have simultaneously formed a long-term strategic partnership with LSEG, in which LSEG will provide content, data, and tools to BETA+ and the Sponsors’ other portfolio companies.
