Q-Energy, a global platform investing in renewable energy, has closed a non-recourse debt refinancing of three solar thermal plants in Spain, with a total installed capacity of 120 MW, for a total amount of EUR732 million. Neuberger Berman, a private, independent, employee-owned investment manager, has launched a private equity European Long-Term Investment Fund (ELTIF) making the firm’s global private equity offering more accessible to eligible retail and non-professional investors and their advisers.
