Specifically, proceeds will be used for projects financed directly, or through financial intermediaries, that will target the following areas:
Lower carbon and efficient energy generation;
Renewable energy;
Energy efficiency in industries and buildings both brownfield and greenfield;
Sustainable agricultural practices;
Waste and wastewater treatment that reduce GHG; and
Green transport systems.

TA Associates, a global growth private equity firm, has sold its ownership interest in Mitratech, as part of Mitratech’s sale to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board at an enterprise value of USD1.55 billion.

Funds affiliated with Lightyear Capital (Lightyear), Oak HC/FT and Greater Sum Ventures (GSV) have completed the sale of Therapy Brands to KKR.
Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. Funds affiliated with Lightyear and Oak HC/FT acquired a majority stake in Therapy Brands in July 2018.

Clean energy investment firm Sunwealth has secured a USD2.9 million loan from Calvert Impact Capital to support its solar access work.
Sunwealth will use the financing, together with USD4.3 million in tax equity investment from private investors, to support 18 solar projects on the rooftops and parking lots of nonprofit organisations, multi-family apartment buildings, houses of worship and commercial office buildings in communities underserved by traditional renewable energy financing.
