Finch Capital, through Nomu Pay, a vehicle that invests in payment assets, is to acquire Wirecard Ödeme Ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri (Wirecard Turkey).  The deal is expected to be completed by Summer 2021 and is subject to certain conditions, including regulatory approvals. MetLife Investment Management (MIM), the institutional asset management business of MetLife, will provide GBP 117.5 million in financing to the English Football League (EFL) to strengthen the league’s financial support of its Championship Clubs.
