SANNE, a provider of alternative asset and corporate administration services, has appointed Michael Riley as Director, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
Based in SANNE’s London office, Riley will be responsible for leading the company’s inorganic and M&A growth strategy across SANNE’s global business.
Riley has more than 15 years’ experience executing transactions in the financial services sector on both the buy side and sell side in the mid-market across the UK, Europe and internationally. Michael brings extensive experience gained within investment banking and mid-market advisory firms within the financial services sector. Prior to joining SANNE, he was a Director within the
RSK Group Ltd, an integrated environmental, engineering and technical services consultancy, has acquired two businesses – Biocensus, an ecological consultancy and Consents Solutions Ltd, a wayleave business.
The acquisitions are the first of this financial year. In the 2018/2019 financial year, RSK acquired 12 businesses and expanded its workforce from about 2000 staff to more than 3000.
Biocensus is a leading ecological consultancy with a network of more than 700 highly skilled and experienced UK-based ecologists. The company has offices in Bath and Stroud, UK, and works on a wide range of projects with a focus on large infrastructure developments.
Sensio AS, a Norwegian software provider for the care tech and smart home markets and a portfolio company of Longship Fund I, has made a new add-on acquisition with a deal to acquire Vesfold Audio.
Vestfold Audio is a Norwegian provider of alerting systems for people with hearing impairment and cognitive challenges, and of high-quality sound systems for classrooms.

KPS Capital Partners (KPS), through a newly formed affiliate, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the fitness business of Brunswick Corporation, including the Life Fitness brand (Life Fitness) for approximately USD490 million in cash.
Life Fitness is the global leader in commercial fitness equipment and game tables. The Company manufactures and sells its strength and cardiovascular equipment and billiards tables and accessories under the brand names Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Cybex, Indoor Cycling Group, SCIFIT and Brunswick Billiards. Graycliff Partners has appointed Gregory Olson, former Chief Development Officer for Ichor Systems, as an Operating Partner.

Anacapa Partners, a private equity firm focused on acquisitions in the lower middle market, has sold Krueger-Gilbert Health Physics (KGHP), a diagnostic medical physics provider, to Blue Sea Capital LLC. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Towson, Maryland, KGHP is a market-leading, full-service, comprehensive diagnostic medical and health physics consulting group. KGHP’s client-focused team of physicists provides critical compliance services to some of the most progressive hospitals, imaging networks, private practices and research facilities nationwide.
