Dominic Coyne has been promoted to Senior Manager, responsible for a team with established expertise in alternative investment funds and experience in the administration of a broad range of fund vehicles. Emily Roque has been promoted to Assistant Manager and Michael Bree has been appointed as Client Reporting Supervisor. Michael oversees VG’s fund administration software platform, Investran, and is responsible for financial reporting to managers and investors. In addition, Charles Carpenter has been promoted to Fund Administrator.

According to initial estimates obtained by the Spanish Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (ASCRI) through the European EDC Platform, investment volume in Spain last year totalled EUR5,843.5m in 670 investments, reaching record levels for the second year in a row.

Tech start-up Divvy has secured a USD250 million facility from Waterfall Asset Management. The new funding will help Divvy keep up with expected customer growth in 2019, facilitate easier access to the capital businesses need, and ensure an overall better customer experience.

Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA), a division of Macquarie Group, has held the final close of Macquarie Infrastructure Partners IV (MIP IV) after reaching its USD5 billion hard cap in December 2018.

BBF serves all the UK’s most recognisable food retailers such as Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda, M&S, Aldi and Lidl.
