Custom Glass Solutions has been acquired by affiliates of Stellex Capital Management (Stellex), a middle market private equity firm with offices in New York and London. Aster, an independent venture capital firm with EUR520 million raised, has selected IHS Markit’s iLEVEL platform to collect, monitor, and report on portfolio data.
