Monroe Capital has acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility to support private equity sponsor Tower Arch Capital’s recapitalisation of Corbett Technology Solutions (CTSI) in partnership with its management team. Headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia, CTSI is an integrator of high-impact communications solutions throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.   CTSI designs, installs, and maintains complex audio-visual, sound, safety, healthcare, and education communications technology solutions for clients across multiple end-markets, including corporate, government, healthcare, education, senior living, multi-family residential, and houses of worship.
KKR is to acquire Arle Capital Partners’ stake in Hilding Anders, subject to regulatory clearances. Following the transaction, KKR will become the majority shareholder in Hilding Anders.   No financial have been disclosed and the transaction is subject to the customary regulatory approvals.   Founded in 1939, Hilding Anders is a bed manufacturer in Europe, Russia and Asia. The company has 9,500 employees at 23 sites across 19 countries, and sells products in 65 local markets, generating revenues of EUR917 million in 2015. Centaur’s newly-launched enhanced private equity service has won a major contract with a USD20 billion multi-strategy, multi-jurisdictional US headquartered private equity group. Future French Champions – a partnership between CDC International Capital and Qatar Investment Authority – has made its fifth investment in Devialet, a Paris-based audio products start-up. Proficio, a provider of managed detection and response (MDR) services, has raised USD12 million in a round of funding led by Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors. The board of trustees of the Blackstone/GSO Long-Short Credit Income Fund (BGX) has approved a change in the fund’s investment guidelines. The change will increase the fund’s ability to invest in long investments while maintaining the limit of the fund’s short investments as a percentage of net assets.   The new investment guidelines will not specifically limit the fund’s long investments. Unigestion has appointed four investment experts to its private equity team, as it looks to strengthen its European team with a particular focus on secondary and direct investment activities. Pieter-Jan Frederix was appointed investment director within the private equity team in December 2015. Frederix joined from the Antenna Group where he was responsible for direct investments and has extensive experience through previous roles at KPMG Corporate Finance, Bear Stearns and private equity firm Veronis Suhler Stevenson.   In May 2016, Unigestion also appointed Andreas Georgiades as an investment manager.
