Capstone has advised Green Dot, a telecommunications provider headquartered in Trinidad and Tobago, on its deal to sell a 51 per cent stake to One Caribbean Media. IGF, a commercial finance provider for SMEs, has opened a new office in Manchester and made two senior hires for the North West and North London and the Home Counties. IGF expanded its asset based lending (ABL) services earlier this year.   Richard Spielbichler, ABL director, will be leading the North West division from IGF’s new base in the heart of Manchester’s financial district.
