Lee Equity Partners, a middle market buyout firm has closed the sale of PDR Network (PDR) to an affiliate of San Francisco based private equity firm Genstar Capital.

Aero Technics was founded in 2002 by its present chief executive, Steve Cloran. He has long experience in the aircraft services industry and will continue to lead the combined business, which will have operations in Manchester, Dubai, Heathrow and Gatwick with a customer base that spans many leading airlines.

The Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) has sold a 40% shareholding in UK motorway services provider Moto to funds advised by CVC Capital Partners (CVC).
This will be the second investment made from CVC’s Strategic Opportunities Platform, which has been established in response to growing demand from large investors to be able to invest for the long term in stable, high quality businesses.
Moto, which was founded in 2001, operates in 45 locations throughout the UK and employs over 6,000 staff.
