Investment AB Kinnevik, Rocket Internet and a large circle of other investors have agreed to combine five fashion e-commerce businesses, namely Dafiti (Latin America), Jabong (India), Lamoda (Russia & CIS), Namshi (Middle East) and Zalora (South East Asia & Australia) to create a new global group.   The Noerr team, led by Christian Pleister, Tobias Koppmann and Sascha Leske legally advised on the transaction. Nordic Capital Fund VI is to sell its majority shareholding in Nefab Packaging to the Nordgren/Pihl family, the original founders and currently co-owners of Nefab. Since 2007, the company has grown its revenue and expanded its international presence. The strategy will remain the same under new ownership.   The Nordgren/Pihl family founded Nefab in 1949, and until 2007 was the majority owner of the company. Between 1996 and 2007, the company was listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Private equity firm Actis is committing USD250 million to establish a Mexican energy platform, Zuma Energía, which will target over 500 MW of installed capacity in the country. Zuma Energía has completed its first acquisition and closed the financing of PE Ingenio, SAPI de CV, a 50 MW wind farm located in the state of Oaxaca.  The project will be constructed by Acciona Energía who will also supply its 33 wind turbines. Private equity real estate firm Ten Capital Management has appointed Ed Oprindick and Paul DiSandro to lead the firm’s acquisitions and dispositions team.  Prior to joining TCM, Oprindick and DiSandro held senior positions at Hunt Investment Management. CMS Hasche Sigle has advised the Canadian power producer Northland Power on the acquisition of an 85 per cent majority in the offshore wind parks Nordsee One, Nordsee Two and "Nordsee Three" from the German utility RWE's daughter company RWEI Innogy. The offshore wind farm "Nordsee One" is located approximately 40 kilometers north of the German island of Juist in the German Exclusive Economic Zone. From 2016 onwards, 54 turbines with a combined capacity of approximately 332 MW will be erected there. Swander Pace Capital (SPC) has sold over-the-counter (OTC) products portfolio company Insight Pharmaceuticals to Prestige Brands Holdings for USD750 million.
