New data from PwC Luxembourg suggests the majority of private equity Limited Partners (LPs) and General Partners (GPs) are shifting towards an “ESG or nothing” investment philosophy, with over three quarters planning to cease investing in or promoting non-ESG private markets products by the end of 2025. IK Partners, via the IK IX Fund, is to acquire a majority stake in GoodLife Foods BV, a European manufacturer of frozen snacks, from Egeria Capital Management, alongside senior management who will be reinvesting. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
SGT Capital, a global private equity firm that invests in mid-sized companies, is to acquire Elatec GmbH, a specialist in physical and digital access solutions from growth equity investor Summit Partners, in ideal valued at €400 million.

Advent International has agreed to sell part of its shareholding in InPost Group, representing 15% of the $5 billion group’s total share capital, for €10 per share to PPF Group, a privately-held international investment company.

Funds advised by global private equity firm Permira have agreed to acquire a majority stake in Gruppo Florence, an Italian integrated industrial platform serving the high-end luxury industry, from existing shareholders VAM Investments, Fondo Italiano d’Investimento, Italmobiliare, and Gruppo Florence’s entrepreneurs. The entrepreneurs, the management team and VAM Investments will reinvest a significant portion of their proceeds and will remain committed to the project.  Fondo Italiano d’Investimento will also retain a minority stake. Attila Kiss will continue to lead Gruppo Florence as CEO and Francesco Trapani will retain his role as Chairman. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Godspeed Capital Management, a lower middle-market Defense & Government services, solutions, and technology focused private equity firm, has held the final close of Godspeed Capital Investment Program II with $250 million in capital commitments.
