Marigny Investments, a Denver-based private equity firm, has acquired Victory Supply, a distributor of inmate clothing and detention supplies. Kathy and Evan Trommer, who started the company in 2012, will remain significant owners of Victory Supply.   Greyrock Capital Group provided equity and subordinated debt financing, UMB Bank provided senior debt financing, and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner served as legal counsel for Marigny Investments.
Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP), a leading middle-market private equity firm, has appointed Lindsay Grider as global head of fundraising and investor relations. Grider will lead the firm’s global efforts to provide solutions for LLCP’s existing investors, develop new limited partner relationships and execute on a wide range of communications initiatives. She comes to LLCP following a successful 15-year history of driving effective strategic fundraising and investor relations programs, having held senior positions with Tailwater Capital and NGP Energy Capital.

Circit, an audit confirmations and Open Banking platform, has completed a €6.5 million Series A funding round co-led by financial technology specialist investors Aquiline Technology Growth (ATG) and MiddleGame Ventures (MGV). Circit helps auditors to verify company assets and liabilities in real-time, and at source. The platform is the first of its kind to be directly regulated for Open Banking under the PSD2 regulation, removing paper processes and outdated systems to deliver time saving for all stakeholders in the audit process, as well as reducing the risk of corporate fraud in global markets. Private client, corporate services and fund administration business Oak Group (Oak) has appointed James Tracey as managing director of its funds business in Guernsey, subject to regulatory approval. Tracey, who has joined Oak from JTC Group in Guernsey where he has been managing director since 2018, is heading up Oak Fund Services, which delivers specialist bespoke fund administration services to private equity, open ended, listed and alternative asset fund structures. Tracey has a career in the finance industry spanning more than 20 years and has extensive knowledge of investment and wealth management structures across a wide variety of asset classes.
AGIC Capital, a European-Asian private equity fund focused on investments in high quality industrial and medical companies has acquired a majority stake in Grafotronic AB and its subsidiaries (Grafotronic), a manufacturer of roll-to-roll automated manufacturing solutions, from its current shareholders, for an undisclosed amount. European special situations investor North Wall Capital has appointed Jonas Frantz as Head of the Investor Partnerships group. Frantz will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with the firm’s investor base.
