International law firm Osborne Clarke has advised Edi and Danny Truell on their latest growth capital investment in Imagine Publishing.
Since 2005, the Truells have been investing in Imagine publishing, a technology content producer with a portfolio of magazines, websites, bookazines, apps and other multimedia products.
Partners Greg Leyshon and Rob Wood led the team and were assisted by Vicky Hill, solicitor (corporate) Hugh Jones, partner (banking) and Erika Jupe, partner (tax).
