Gen II Fund Services, an independent private capital fund administrator, has appointed Marlene Pelage as the firm’s  new Chief Financial Officer, effective 31 July. Pelage joins Gen II from IPG Mediabrands where she served as Global CFO.
Crestbridge has appointed Stacey Moody as a Director in its Corporate Services team. Moody will be responsible for supporting the needs of Crestbridge’s global corporate client base, and evolving the business’s existing suite of services and solutions.
Moody has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry, during which time she has specialised as a corporate company secretary in Jersey and Australia and has a strong track-record in upholding high standards of corporate governance. She has experience providing services to a range of diverse organisations, including private equity and real estate funds and stock exchange-listed companies.

Buyout giant Warburg Pincus has appointed Andrew Sibbald, the chairman of Evercore Partners’s London-based business, as a Managing Director and the private equity firm’s new Co-Head of Europe alongside Berlin-based René Obermann.
Palatine has added to its Manchester-based team with the appointment of Rachael Taplin as an Investment Manager for its Impact Fund. Taplin joins from Grant Thornton, where she spent more than two-and a-half years in the corporate finance team.
During her time with Grant Thornton, Taplin advised on several key deals across the North West including Palatine’s Impact Fund exit from Veincentre in late 2022.
In her new role, Taplin will be responsible for deal origination, execution, and working with management teams to deliver their strategy post investment. She will work closely with portfolio companies including environmental services
