Eaton Partners has expanded its private capital advisory business with the recruitment a four-strong team from Credit Suisse led by Dirk Jonske, who will head up the capital placement agent and fund advisory firm’s new GP solutions division.

Jefferies is looking to bolster its technology dealmaking business with the addition of Credit Suisse investment banker Jon Gegenheimer to its team, according to a report by Reuters citing unnamed sources familiar with the matter.
