Stafford Capital Partners has appointed Victoria Sherliker as its new Chief Compliance Officer. Sherliker joins from gunnercooke where she was a Partner in the firm’s private equity and regulatory division. 

Professional services company JTC has appointed private equity specialist Ashley Vardon as Senior Director in the firm’s fund services team in Jersey. Varcom, who joins from Sanne, where he held the position of head of private equity, has over 20 years of experience in the investment industry.

With over 25 years of experience advising on investment funds, Kay specialises in fund formation work for a wide range of private equity firms across a broad range of investment strategies.
