Revere Capital, a Dallas-based institutional private credit manager, has appointed Clarisa Lindenmeyer as chief operating officer. Before joining Revere, she served as chief of staff and chief brand officer at Gig Wage, a venture-backed fintech platform focused on modernising payments for the 1099 workforce. There, she helped drive the company’s goal of democratising financial access and creating a safety net for underbanked workers.
LoneTree Capital, a New York-based growth capital firm, has expanded its leadership team in support of the firm’s next phase of growth. As part of this expansion, Gerald Castaldo has joined the firm as partner. Castaldo has spent over a decade investing in and advising high-growth technology businesses and joins LoneTree from HIG Capital.
Major US private equity firms have resumed graduate recruitment after delaying their traditional summer hiring cycle by around six months, following criticism from senior investment banking and private equity executives over early recruiting practices, according to a report by the Financial Times.

Keensight Capital (Keensight), a private equity firm focusing on pan-European Growth Buyout investments, has appointed Stephane Prats as a partner and head of Keensight Performance.
Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management has appointed Anne-Laurence Roucher as group head of private markets. Roucher will oversee the investment strategy and operations of private equity, infrastructure private debt, and real estate investments, aligning with the firm’s commitment to impact investing and sustainable finance.
Algebris (UK) Limited, an independent global asset manager spanning credit, equity, private equity, and private debt, has appointed Jon Cunliffe as non-executive director and Chair following approval by the FCA, effective 1 January 2026.
Ares Management, a $596bn asset manager, has appointed former CapitaLand Investment executive, Gabriel Fong, as a partner in its Asia credit business, according to a report by Bloomberg citing people familiar with the matter. Fong has joined the firm as Ares continues to expand its regional credit platform.
Paul Weiss’s global private credit co-chair, Anastasia Peterson, has stepped down less than a year after taking on the role, according to a report by Financial News. Peterson has left the firm to establish a strategic private capital and advisory business focused on the Middle East.
