Victor van Eijk has joined Maven 11 Capital, an Amsterdam-based blockchain and crypto asset investment firm, as Director Institutional Sales. 
Industry Ventures, an investment firm focused on venture capital and private technology, has made key additions to its investment and operations team. Additionally, the firm has slosh made a number of internal promotions. Pat Hanson joined the firm in July 2021 as Chief Administrative Officer and took over the Chief Compliance Officer role in November 2021.  Jon Wong joined the firm in October 2021 as a Vice President on the Tech Buyout team, while Valerie Lau joined the firm in September 2021 as Vice President of Legal where she will support all legal functions for the firm.  Additional team hires
Clayton, Dubilier & Rice has appointed Jon Selib, former Senior Vice President of Global Policy & Public Affairs at Pfizer, as Managing Director and Global External Affairs Leader. In his new role, which will take effect in March 2022, Selib will lead CD&R’s engagement with key external stakeholders, including media, government, and trade associations, and work with CD&R portfolio companies on initiatives to improve communications and public affairs outreach.
Pan-European Investment manager Primevest Capital Partners (Primevest CP) has appointed Frank Noé as Head of Capital Formation to advance its growth in residential real estate, car parks, digital infrastructure and ‘Smart City’ communications and other investment opportunities in related real asset sectors. Noé has around 17 years of experience in business development, capital markets and alternative investments and joins Primevest from BrickVest, an affiliate of PATRIZIA AG, where he was Chief Sales Officer. Prior to PATRIZIA, Noé worked at Zinsbaustein, Castlelake, Shinsei Bank Group, Golding Capital Partners and Ernst & Young.
Arcesium, a global financial technology and professional services firm, has expanded its India-based operations with a new office in Delhi NCR. The new office, located in DLF Cyber Park, a technology hub in Gurugram with state-of-the-art infrastructure, will be staffed with employees across technology, services, and other key functions.    Arcesium is a provider of post-investment and enterprise data management solutions to hedge funds, banks, institutional asset managers, and private equity firms.
Gulf Capital, a thematic alternative investment firm in the GCC and Asia, has appointed Shantanu Mukerji as its first on-the-ground Private Equity Managing Director to head the firm’s newly opened office in Singapore.  Mukerji will lead the firm’s activities in Asia, looking at new private equity investments, bolt-on acquisitions and growth opportunities for existing portfolio companies as well as assisting on future exits and divestments. He brings more than 20 years of direct Southeast Asian experience, with senior leadership roles in private equity and the consumer and luxury sectors across Asia.
KPMG UK has appointed nine new partners across its Deal Advisory practice, rounding off a year which saw record levels of deal activity and landmark transactions. O’Melveny has appointed private equity finance specialist, Ike Chidi, as a Corporate Finance partner. A Legal 500–rated leveraged finance lawyer, Chidi comes to O’Melveny from the Banking and Finance practice of another AmLaw 50 firm in Los Angeles. He will be part of O’Melveny’s fast-growing California private equity team, which regularly advises on a large number of investment and portfolio company transactions for established and growing middle-market sponsors.
JP Morgan Global Alternatives has appointed Raphael Gonzales as a Managing Director and Senior Investment Specialist across commercial mortgage loans, infrastructure debt and direct lending.  Gonzalez brings over two decades of experience in lending, structuring, trading and portfolio management. He joins from Exos Financial where he worked in structured credit, focused on lending and structuring in commercial finance. 
Global fund administration firm Maitland has appointed JP Khaitan as Head of Technology Services – Fund Services. Khaitan arrives with two decades’ experience working with multinationals across the wealth management, life insurance, fund, and banking sectors. He reports to Managing Director of Maitland Global Fund Services, Jon Hugill.   Khaitan will work with Maitland’s management team to define Fund Services’ information technology and information system strategy, overseeing its deployment and maintenance. He will also look to ensure Maitland realises maximum value from its technology investments, both to grow the business and further enhance client service.
