Apex Group Ltd, a global financial services provider, has appointed Jean-Daniel Zandona as Sales Director, based in Luxembourg.Effective 1 May, Zandona reports to Aman Bahel, European Head of Sales. He joins Apex with over two decades of experience in private asset markets.   Apex delivers a single-source solution to asset managers, capital markets and private clients via over 40 offices and 3,500 employees worldwide. Zandona will be responsible for continuing to grow the Group’s offering in Luxembourg, now one of the largest hubs for the group, with over 600 employees based locally and the home of the Group’s digital banking
B2B software focused investor Oxx, which is headquartered in London and Stockholm, has made four new additions to its team. Philip Edmondson-Jones joins the London team as a Principal; Ingrid Bonde Åkerlind joins as an Investment Professional in Stockholm; Mark Lewis joins the London team as the Operating Partner; and Archit Rathi re-joins the firm as an Intern.   The four new hires come on the heels of an active beginning to the year. Intertrust, a provider of tech-enabled corporate and fund solutions, has appointed Derek Ramage as Head of Fund Operations. He will be based in Luxembourg.In his new role at Intertrust, Ramage will have responsibility for shaping and delivering client service excellence and continuing to expand the company’s Luxembourg-based private capital fund business. He will also have responsibility for the day to day running of fund operations, including fund accounting, onboarding, AML/KYC and transfer agency.

Asterion Industrial Partners, an independent investment management firm focused on European infrastructure in the mid-market, has appointed Silke Scheiber as Head of its Portfolio Management Committee.The Portfolio Management Committee provides dedicated portfolio monitoring, strengthening Asterion’s active asset management and industrial focused strategy.
