Docupace, a maker of cloud-based wealth management software, has secured a significant growth equity investment from FTV Capital, a sector-focused growth equity investment firm.
This investment enables Docupace to expand its product and service offerings to its broker-dealer, registered investment adviser (RIA), and insurance firm customers, as well as with the financial advisors affiliated with these businesses.
Docupace also announced the appointment of David Knoch, former president of 1st Global, to the role of chief executive officer, effective immediately.
The investment and leadership FTV Capital brings to the company will help Docupace accelerate its client-centric initiatives of expanding its capabilities
Tikehau Capital, an alternative asset management and investment group, has appointed Neil Parekh as head of Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
In his new role, Parekh will be responsible for deepening investment capabilities and growing the business of Tikehau Capital in Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, working alongside the existing management team of the firm in Asia. Shevlin leads Skyway Capital Markets Technology practice for the middle-market sector, identifying and facilitating customised financial solutions, including restructuring advice, capital raising (debt and equity), and M&A.
Shevlin joins the Skyway team on the heels of a decorated career as the CEO of Vology, an IT Services company he founded in Palm Harbor, Florida in 2002. ADM Capital, a Hong Kong-headquartered investment manager specialising in Asia Pacific credit and sustainable investment, has raised USD630 million in new assets, taking its total under management to USD2.4 billion.
These funds will be invested in the Asian private credit markets and will target mid-sized companies.

MUFG Investor Services, the global asset servicing arm of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), has appointed Fabrice Mas as Head of Private Equity & Real Assets (PERA) Luxembourg as part of the firm’s strategy to continue to drive growth and expand operations into new markets. Mas will be based in MUFG’s Luxembourg office and will report to David Rochford, Global Head of Hedge Funds and PERA.

Expanding PE house YFM Equity Partners (YFM) has appointed Roshan Puri as an investment director. Puri joins YFM from Calculus Capital where he invested in companies across the software, business services and consumer sectors. He also sat on various boards helping investee companies deliver their growth plans and realise value. Puri’s previous investments include the workforce optimisation software business ActiveOps, digital asset management software company IPV and marketing agency Once Upon a Time.
In his new role with YFM, Puri will focus on investing in growth capital and buyout opportunities across London and the South East of England.
