Quadrille Capital, an independent French investment company, based in Paris and San Francisco, has made six new hires in its investment team.
In line with Quadrille Capital’s investment strategy in technology, all the new joiners have a financial background. The new appointments bring Quadrille’s team to 15, including 11 investors connected to the deployment of Quadrille Technologies fund IV, which held a first closing above EUR200 million in October 2018.

Intertrust has appointed Amit Taylor as head of corporate services in Guernsey and part of the new senior management team in the island.
Taylor (pictured), has over 20 years’ experience as a finance industry professional in the UK and in Guernsey. He moved to the island in 2010 to become managing director of HSBC’s fund administration and custody business. He then became group managing director of Trust Corporation before moving to Estera to become the Guernsey managing director.

James Kinsley, a finance partner in the Maples Group’s legal services team, has relocated to the Singapore office, further strengthening the firm’s service offering in Asia.
Previously based in the Maples Group’s Dubai office for the past five years, Kinsley has experience in international capital markets and finance transactions across Asia, Europe and the Middle East. In particular he advises on structured finance, aircraft finance, fund finance, Islamic finance, general banking and corporate transactions, including private equity co-investment platforms. Kinsley also advises leading financial institutions on complex netting and collateral structures for both conventional and Islamic derivatives. Before joining the
Financial services consulting firm Oyster Consulting (Bermuda) Ltd has appointed Ann Daniels to provide consulting services with an emphasis on AML/CFT and Risk Compliance.
Daniels (pictured) brings more than 15 years of experience in Regulatory Risk and Compliance in the financial services industry. Ann’s compliance and consulting roles with small firms, law firms, investment businesses honed her skills, including the development, implementation and oversight of Compliance programs. Daniels’ experience also includes the development and implementation of AML/CFT risk assessment policies, procedures, and training; automated monitoring systems; risk assessment methodologies; the implementation of standards and a program of oversight compliance professionals.
Lazard has appointed Suresh Vasan as a Managing Director in the firm’s Private Capital Advisory’s Private Capital Solutions Group, effective immediately. He is based in Houston.

Kainos Capital, a food and consumer-focussed private equity firm, has appointed Rob Ruegger as a Managing Director. Ruegger most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Gehl Foods, where he was responsible for all aspects of manufacturing and supply chain.
Ruegger brings to the Kainos team over 30 years of extensive experience in financial and general management in the food and consumer goods industries.

Duff & Phelps has appointed Ben Collett as a Managing Director in its Restructuring Advisory practice.
Working across the firm’s Birmingham, Manchester and London offices, Collett will focus on providing advisory services to corporate clients across the UK and Europe. He joins the firm from IMI Precision Engineering, where he was the Global Director of Strategic Projects.
Prior to that, he spent 27 years with KMPG in the firm’s advisory practice. Collett specialises in assessing and driving strategic change programs involving restructuring, turnaround, profit improvement and mergers and acquisitions for clients in both underperformance and growth situations.
