Jury, who comes to Morrison & Foerster from Clifford Chance, is the fifth partner in less than two years to join from a magic circle firm. She brings a wealth of experience and accomplishments in cross-border financial transactions.

Based in REYL’s London office Razmilovic brings 25 years of experience from Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse in the structured and secured finance arena. Most recently Razmilovic worked at Goldman Sachs in London and Hong Kong, as Managing Director. Ares Management has appointed Myles Gilbert (pictured), former Managing Director at Cambridge Associates and Co-Chairman of its Credit Investment Committee, as Partner, Head of Investor Strategy & Solutions.

Gusto Restaurants has appointed Matt Snell as its new Managing Director. Snell recently joined the group as Commercial Director and will take over the reins from current MD Sue Crimes in April. Crimes will move into a Non-Executive board position as part of a planned succession process.

Pralle recently retired from The Boston Consulting Group after thirty-six years with the firm. His client base was focused in Consumer and Retail, where he advised multinational, regional and national players in packaged goods, food and non-food retailing, travel and leisure. He has worked extensively for private equity funds on buy and sell-side due diligence as well as with their portfolio companies. Pralle joined BCG in London and moved to Spain in the late 1980s as part of the team opening the Madrid office.

THL Credit Advisors (THL Credit) has named Brian Murphy (pictured), as Head of Capital Markets. Murphy, who is based in Chicago, is a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager for THL Credit’s Tradable Credit strategy.
In this newly created role, Murphy will be responsible for overseeing all of THL Credit’s capital markets activities, including sourcing investment opportunities from banks and lenders and managing excess risk across THL Credit’s Tradable Credit and Direct Lending strategies.
