Pantheon has appointed two senior professionals, Justin Mallis and Michael Hutten, as Principals in its Europe and the US teams.
Mallis joins as Global Head of Project Management in the Client Service team, based in London, where he will centralise and coordinate fundraising for Pantheon’s institutional strategies.
This is a new function, and it reflects the continued global expansion and growth of the business across investment strategies and clients.

SANNE has appointed Hannah Correll Jaeger as Head of Client Relationship Management – Americas, to support the company’s strategic growth.
In her new role, Jaeger (pictured), will build the SANNE brand in the Americas and represent SANNE’s full suite of global services. Jaeger is based in SANNE’s New York office, and is responsible for building and maintaining all client and intermediary relationship while overseeing business development, marketing, and sales.
Jaeger joins SANNE from Vistra Group (previously Orangefield) where she held the role of Director of Business Development. In her previous position, Jaeger focused on the alternatives investment industry,
EQUI, a cryptocurrency-powered investment platform that opens up venture capital to a wider audience and provides high-tech innovators and entrepreneurs a new route to investment, has added investor Duncan MacInnes to its Advisory Board.
MacInnes has extensive business and investment experience having founded his first business in his teens, exiting in his early twenties. This experience enables him to identify promising early stage startups and make successful investments. He has been an early stage backer of some of the greatest technology success stories of our time, including Facebook and Deliveroo.

Invesco is expanding its Invesco Private Capital business with the appointment of Carl Stanton as a Managing Partner and Head of Private Equity.
In this newly created role, Stanton will broaden the scope of the firm’s existing private equity focus to include opportunistic buyouts and special situations. As part of the expansion the domestic activities of the firm’s WL Ross & Co unit have been rolled into Stanton’s group.
Stanton is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience leading private equity investments and managing private equity teams. Prior to joining Invesco Private Capital, he was a managing partner
Old Mutual Alternative Investments (OMAI), Africa’s largest private alternative investment manager, has appointed Mr Zomunoda (Zom) Chizura as Head of the Impact Funds team.
The Impact Funds team manages funds targeted specifically for affordable housing, access to quality education and promoting SMME businesses.
Between the years 2014 to 2017, Zom was Chief Executive Officer of Old Mutual West Africa based in Lagos, Nigeria from where he led the roll out of the Old Mutual brand and client solutions in the retail and corporate markets in Ghana and Nigeria. ORIX Mezzanine & Private Equity (OMPE), a business unit of Dallas-based ORIX USA, has appointed Zoltan Berty as a Managing Director.
Bringing over 25 years of transactional experience across multiple industries and diversified markets, Berty will be primarily responsible for business development and investment activities in the Western United States. Based in Newport Beach, California, his emphasis will be providing equity to independent sponsors on buyout transactions, while also working with funded equity sponsors, family offices, and directly with entrepreneurs and management teams.

Hilco Valuation Services has appointed Tom Boniface as Vice President of Business Development for the Midwest Region of the United States, supporting the Valuation, Monetisation and Advisory platforms.
Boniface will be based in Chicago and will have the specific responsibilities of both maintaining our existing relationships and creating new relationships with financial institutions, investment banks, private equity firms, hedge funds, and other professional service firms.
