The Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) has formed PSP Investments Holding USA in New York to focus on principal debt and credit investments led by industry veteran David Scudellari.  Scudellari has also been appointed as Senior Vice President, Head of Principal Debt and Credit Investments of PSP Investments.
