Law firm Paul Hastings has added restructuring and debt finance partner David Ereira to the firm’s London office as a partner in the Corporate practice. Ereira will be joining the firm from Linklaters.
Ereira, whose practice principally focuses on debt restructuring but also covers real estate finance, stressed and distressed real estate resolutions, and more general banking matters, will be joining Paul Hastings from Linklaters.

Lonsdale Capital Partners, a private equity firm focussed on the smaller end of the market, has made its third hire of the year with the appointment of Richard Pindar as an Associate.
Pindar joins Lonsdale Capital Partners from KPMG where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2014. He spent time in Corporate Finance, working on transactions in a lead advisory role, and Transaction Services, where he performed financial due diligence on behalf of private equity clients.

Bayliss brings extensive experience of investing in mid market manufacturing and business services companies. He joins from SEA Equity where he was a founding Partner and board member of portfolio company, Vacuum Furnace Engineering. Prior to SEA Equity, Bayliss worked with Cairngorm Capital’s Managing Partner, Andrew Steel, at HIG Capital in London, where he was involved in numerous equity investments and bolt-on acquisitions.
Naylor-Leyland joins from Disruptive Capital, where he was a Partner and led the growth financing of
Crestbridge in Jersey has been approved by the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) to provide Management Company (ManCo) solutions to Jersey funds, adding further to its offshore and onshore alternative fund servicing and management capabilities.
The award of the licence means that Crestbridge in Jersey will now be one of only a handful of firms able to act on behalf of fund managers as an appointed management company, provide risk management oversight, oversee delegation for portfolio management, central administration and distribution, and coordinate communication with third parties and regulators.

Andrew Cosslett has joined private equity firm Advent International as an Operating Partner.
Cosslett will work closely with Advent’s Retail, Consumer and Leisure team to identify new investment opportunities across Advent’s global network, with a particular focus on the leisure sector. He will also be available to support Advent’s current and future portfolio company activity as appropriate.

Law firm Paul Hastings has appointed structured finance and capital markets specialist Paul Severs as a partner in the firm’s Corporate practice ion London.
Severs will be joining the firm from Berwin Leighton Paisner, where he is Head of Structured Debt and Capital Markets.
Severs has extensive experience in the structured finance and securitisation markets across all asset classes. Most recently he has been advising on the establishment of new funds, establishing or acquiring new origination platforms, and advising portfolio companies.

As well as being the Managing Director of the Guernsey office, A Moorshead dam who joined JTC in 2015 following the acquisition of Kleinwort Benson’s fund administration business, will have cross-jurisdictional responsibilities. He will also sit on the global management board of JTC’s Institutional Client Services division.
