Headline Asia (formerly known as Infinity Ventures) has led a USD7.5 million Series A funding round in Xen Capital with the investment set to be used to scale Xen’s B2B2C alternative investment platform.
Xen Capital has created an open architecture client management platform for wealth advisors and asset managers, to solve the problem of distribution at scale, and has processed more than USD200 million of transaction volume in private market deals through its platform in the last 12 months.
PraxisIFM Group, a global financial services business listed on The International Stock Exchange (TISE), has received regulatory approval to complete the sale of its Fund Administration division to Sanne Group plc, in an all-cash deal totalling GBP54 million. This follows the original announcement of the sale in July.
As part of the terms of the transaction GBP5.5 million of the total consideration will now be held in escrow and is expected to be released in July 2022, subject to certain performance criteria.

Growth investor Vitruvian Partners has a made a EUR45 million Series C investment in Enfuce, a European Card-as-a-Service (CaaS) platform for modern card issuing and processing.
The new capital will be used to further accelerate growth internationally as well as development of the Company’s technology platform.
Vitruvian Partners has previously invested in several successful financial services and payment companies including most recently Marqeta and TransferWise.

Following the acquisition of outstanding shares of GCA last month, the two companies will now operate as one firm under the Houlihan Lokey banner.
London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is to acquire Quantile Group Ltd, a provider of portfolio optimisation services for the global financial markets.
As part of LSEG, Quantile will operate as a standalone entity within the Post Trade division, reporting to Daniel Maguire, LSEG’s Group Head of Post Trade. Quantile will continue to be led by its CEO and co-founder, Andrew Williams.
In January 2021, Quantile received USD51 million in growth investment from Spectrum Equity, a growth equity firm focused on internet-enabled software and information services companies.
Inflexion has made a minority investment in WithWise (Wise), a software provider for logistics delivery firms serving the e-commerce sector. The investment is being made by Inflexion Enterprise Fund V.
The Wise platform is currently used by over 250 UK logistics firms and 14,000 self-employed drivers to manage everything from onboarding to document storage and compliance.
MVB Edge Ventures has invested USD6 million in seed funding in Victor Technologies to accelerate the launch of Victor’s banking APIs and Vantage risk management platform.
Vantage makes it easier for banks to quickly onboard a wide range of Fintech clients in Gaming, Payments, Banking-as-a-Service and Digital Assets as well as enables better oversight and monitoring on a single platform. Traditionally, the process of due diligence, risk assessment and ongoing monitoring of Fintech programs is burdensome to banks, which makes it harder to scale partnerships.
