Prophix, a specialist in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software, has acquired Brussels, Belgium-based Sigma Conso, a CPM software and services provider specialising in financial close management and financial planning and analysis.
Prophix has acquired Sigma Conso from Fortino Capital, a European B2B software investor. The acquisition will see Sigma Conso’s technology being added, and eventually integrated, into the Prophix solution. Similarly, their employees will now become part of the Prophix organisation.

HelpSystems has acquired Digital Guardian, a SaaS provider of data loss prevention (DLP) solutions for large and mid-sized organisations.
Digital Guardian’s solutions give customers visibility and protection of their data across many operating systems and applications. The company also provides a popular managed service that operates as an extension of their customers’ security teams to protect sensitive data from threats originating inside and outside the organisation.

Da Vinci Capital portfolio company Softline Holding plc (LSE: SFTL) has priced its initial public offering and listing on the London Stock Exchange of 53.3 million global depositary receipts (GDRs) representing newly issued Softline ordinary shares.
Admission of the GDRs to trading on the London Stock Exchange is expected to occur on 1 November, 2021.

Palatine, the mid-market private equity investor, has made a successful partial exit from CET Group with the sale of its tech-enabled insurance claims management division to HomeServe plc for GBP53 million.
Based in Castle Donington, CET is a leading provider of outsourced home emergency, drainage and subsidence services to one in eight UK households.
Since Palatine’s initial investment in November 2018, revenues have grown by almost GBP12 million to GBP32 million and EBITDA has more than doubled. Its workforce has increased significantly too, rising from 190 to more than 300 in the last 12 months.

Tinexta, a specialist in Digital Trust, Cybersecurity, Credit Information & Management and Innovation & Marketing services, has signed a binding agreement with Bregal Milestone, a European technology growth capital firm, with over EUR1.1 billion of asset under management, that will invest in a minority stake in InfoCert.
Bregal Milestone is part of Bregal Investments, a leading global investment firm that has invested over EUR15 billion since 2002 and currently has assets under management of over EUR12 billion.
The strategic and capital strengthening resulting from the transaction will enable InfoCert to accelerate the internationalisation process already started with the acquisition
HUBX, a deal syndication platform for banks and brokerage firms, has secured two new investors, Mandalore Partners and ACF Investors’ Delta Fund. They join existing investors including Barclays and Basinghall Partners.
