Thomas H Lee Partners, LP (THL), a private equity firm investing in growth companies, has acquired a majority interest in Intelligent Medical Objects (IMO or the Company), a healthcare data enablement company and market leader in clinical terminology solutions from Warburg Pincus, a leading global growth investor.
THL’s investment will support the Company’s product development and expanded commercial relationships with hospitals and other health care providers.

Elgin Property Finance (Elgin), a new property finance lender, has partnered with Pollen Street Capital to provide finance to high quality affordable development opportunities across Ireland. Sarasin & Partners has acquired Bread Street Capital Partners. The deal will see Sarasin & Partners build out a new specialist private markets business called Sarasin Bread Street.
Sarasin & Partners is a global investment manager that invests thematically and responsibly on behalf of institutions, charities and private clients, with GBP21 billion in AUM. Bread Street is a private markets boutique founded in 2021 by former Aberdeen Standard Investments private markets investment duo, Alex Barr and James Witter.
The Riverside Company, a global private equity investor focused on the smaller end of the middle market, has invested in EventsAIR, an Australian events management software solutions provider for in-person, virtual and hybrid events.
The investment is being made in partnership with EventsAIR’s founder, Trevor Gardiner, and several other members of the management team including incoming CEO Matthew Donegan-Ryan.
EventsAIR, headquartered in Brisbane, develops software that is used before, during and after events to manage registration, attendee engagement, operations, housing, travel, marketing and communications.

Orka Technology Group (Orka), a SaaS business that provides tech-based solutions for shift workers and their employers, has secured a GPM3 million investment from venture capital investor Praetura Ventures.
The business will use the funding to support people – such as cleaners, engineers and security staff – seeking shift work in the facilities management (FM) sector by helping them to source job opportunities, onboard with new employers and get paid.

First Eagle Investments (First Eagle) is to acquire Napier Park Global Capital (Napier Park), an alternative credit manager with approximately USD18.7 billion in assets under management as of 31 December, 2021, predominantly for institutions through credit funds, US and European collateralised loan obligations, and real assets.
As an autonomous, wholly owned unit of First Eagle Investments, Napier Park will go to market as “Napier Park, a First Eagle Investments Company” and maintain its investment approach, business focus and client service.
