INTERMIX, an omni-channel shopping destination in the luxury fashion market is to be acquired by Altamont Capital Partners, a private equity firm with more than USD2.5 billion in capital and over 20 investments, from Gap Inc. 
Two experienced organisations operating in the Voluntary Carbon Market, ClimateCare and Natural Capital Partners, have come together to form a ‘world-leading’ solutions provider for companies and organisations looking to meet ambitious climate goals.  The combined group has been responsible for the reduction of more than 100 million tonnes of CO2e.   The merger, arranged by private equity firm Averna Capital, was funded by Averna’s investors in order to bring these two expert organisations together to create a market-leading business in the Voluntary Carbon Market. Aurora Capital Partners (Aurora) is to acquire Grace Hill, a specialist in talent and customer management solutions for commercial and multifamily real estate covering policies, training, assessment and surveys, from investment funds managed by Stone Point Capital.  Grace Hill’s platform is designed to drive property performance and reduce operating risk by developing and retaining property management talent and customers. The injection of capital and insights will better position Grace Hill to scale effectively. Specifically, Aurora plans to facilitate an intentional acceleration of Grace Hill’s growth and overall market reach, strengthen its property performance solutions and build out its customer management
Global investment manager AMP Capital has committed to co-finance up to USD73 million in Non-Convertible Debentures for listed road infrastructure company Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Limited (Sadbhav Infrastructure) on a private placement basis. The long-term funding provided by AMP Capital will assist Sadbhav Infrastructure to fund the completion of an existing portfolio of road assets across India. This transaction marks the first investment in India for AMP Capital’s recently established Infrastructure Debt Asia strategy. Rock Mountain Capital (RMC) has purchased a majority share of VCM Products, LLC (VCM), owner of the BuggyBeds trademark and highly acclaimed line of natural pest repellent, bed bug glue trap and bedding encasement products.  VCM founders Maria Curcio and Veronica Perlongo will remain significant minority owners of the company and active with the business. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. CVC Credit has provided senior debt facilities to support HIG Capital’s (HIG) acquisition of KPMG’s UK restructuring business, a provider of insolvency, financial restructuring and turnaround services in the UK and globally.  The business which has been renamed Interpath Advisory (Interpath), will use CVC Credit’s investment to fund its transition to an independent business and strengthen its existing capabilities as it continues to grow its advisory offering in the UK and beyond.   Interpath is a leading multidisciplinary practice of over 40 managing directors and more than 525 staff located across the full breadth of the UK. Blue Wolf Capital Partners (Blue Wolf), a New York-based private equity firm, has sold The Mulch and Soil Company, a leading manufacturer and distributor of mulch and soil products across the Southeast region of the United States. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. Astorg is to acquire Solina, a leading European manufacturer of ingredient and seasoning blends for the food industry, from Ardian.  Solina’s management will reinvest a significant part of their proceeds alongside Astorg.
