Foresight Group LLP (Foresight) has made its thirteenth investment from the Foresight Williams Technology EIS Fund into Sheffield-based, Additive Manufacturing Technologies Limited (AMT), a developer of industrial additive manufacturing (3D printing).
The investment is part of a GBP4.2 million round led by DSM Venturing.
AMT was founded in 2017 by Joseph Crabtree, who serves as CEO of the company. Anacapa Partners, a private equity firms focused on acquisitions in the lower middle market, has completed a growth investment in I4PRO Informática LTDA (I4PRO). The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

AMP Capital has raised a record USD6.2 billion for its fourth infrastructure debt strategy, which includes the final close of the AMP Capital Infrastructure Debt Fund IV (IDF IV), co-investment rights and separately managed account commitments.
Central to the fundraise is the final close of the IDF IV, which reached its hard cap of USD4.0 billion, surpassing its USD3.5 billion target. An additionalUSD1.0 billion was secured in co-investment rights and a further USD1.2 billion from investors wanting access to AMP Capital’s infrastructure debt deal capabilities.

Middle market private equity firm One Rock Capital Partners is to acquire Innophos Holdings (Innophos), an nternational producer of essential ingredients, for USD32.00 per share in cash in a transaction valued at approximately USD932 million, including the assumption of debt.
The transaction has been unanimously approved by Innophos’ Board of Directors.
The offer price represents an 18% premium to the 30-trading day volume weighted average closing share price of Innophos’ common stock ended September 9, 2019, the last trading day prior to published market speculation regarding a potential transaction involving the Company.

A new EUR81.9 million project will help more than 1 million vulnerable small-scale farmers in Chad improve their incomes and food security and boost an underperforming agricultural sector hampered by recurrent droughts and rain-fed farming practices.
The Strengthening Productivity and Resilience of Agropastoral Family Farms Project (RePER) includes EUR49.3 million grant and EUR5.3 million loan from IFAD, as well as cofinancing from the Green Climate Fund grant (EUR17.1 million), the Government of Chad (EUR7.6 million) and by the beneficiaries themselves (EUR2.6 million).
