Bregal Sagemount (Sagemount), a growth-focused private equity firm, has held the final closing of the Bregal Sagemount Fund IV (Fund IV) at its hard cap of $2.5 billion, 66% larger than its prior fund.
Fund IV will continue the investment strategy Sagemount has pursued since inception in 2012, providing flexible, solution-oriented capital to durable growth businesses with high recurring revenues, operating in end-markets with uncorrelated secular growth characteristics.

SWEN Capital Partners (SWEN CP), a specialist in responsible private equity, has held the the final close of SWEN Infra Multi-Select 4 (SIMS 4), which is classified as an Article 8 fund under the EU’s SFDR, at €470 million.
SWEN CP has now raised more than €1 billion over the last 12 months in multi-strategy infrastructure and equity investments across its mandates, advisory clients through its SIMS 4 fund and SWEN Exclusive Infrastructures, a fund dedicated to the needs of private banking that was launched in October 2021 via co-investments with SIMS 4.

Broadridge has appointed Stephen Johnston as Managing Director, Client Delivery Operations for Broadridge Fund Communication Solutions (FCS). Johnston will be responsible for all of the client servicing operations of the Fund Communication Solutions business, with Service Leads as his direct reports, and will be supported by FCS’s teams that span Ireland, UK, India and Poland.
