Main Capital Partners (Main) has acquired a majority stake in two Dutch software companies – BCS, a human resource management (HRM) and payroll software provider, and Pro4all, a construction software specialist.
The new acquisitions will be developed into international market leaders within their respective software segments through various strategies, like autonomous growth, strategic add-on acquisitions and expanding the product portfolio’s. Main’s strategic aim is to build leading European software companies with a crucial role in society, in markets such as (among others) healthcare, government, e-learning, data security, human capital management, finance and the housing and construction market.

Global investment firm KKR has launched Aster Renewable Energy (Aster), a newly created renewables platform, to develop, build, and operate solar, wind and energy storage projects in Taiwan and Vietnam, with a view to expand to other markets in Asia.
Headquartered in Singapore, Aster looks to invest behind high-quality renewable energy assets by leveraging the team’s leading development expertise.
Aster will be led by CEO Chen Wei, an industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience managing and building renewable energy businesses across Asia.

Professional services firm KPMG UK signed an agreement to form a joint venture with Venture Capital (VC) advisory firm Acceleris.
Through the joint venture, called KPMG Acceleris, the firms will deliver a range of fundraising and advisory services to entrepreneurs in the UK and internationally, with a particular focus on businesses in technology, life sciences and ESG-related sectors.

Abris Capital Partners (Abris), a Central European private equity investor, has supported GreenGroup, the largest integrated recycling group in Central Europe, in a €127m fundraising.
