Sycamore Tree Capital Partners (Sycamore Tree), a specialist asset manager with private and alternative credit investment expertise, has appointed Amanda Montgomery and Marc Gonyea to leadership marketing roles, as the firm continues to grow its relationships with institutional investors and consultants.
Montgomery arrives from Allianz Global Investors as Managing Director. At Allianz, she spent eight years in relationship management and sales roles, including as the Senior Relationship Manager responsible for the South-West region.

Alete Bikes, a portfolio company of Trilantic Europe, private equity firm focused on mid-market transactions in Europe, is to acquire Cicli Esperia.
The Zanaga and the Turato families, founders of Cicli Esperia, will become minority shareholders of Alete Bikes.
Cicli Esperia, based in Cavarzere (Italy), is a manufacturer of bikes and e-bikes. The company has a wide range of products and operates through four main brands: Cicli Esperia, Legnano, Torpado and Fondriest. In 2021, Cicli Esperia generated revenues of €37 million.

One Equity Partners (OEP), a middle market private equity firm, is to sell Rizing LLC (Rizing), a leading SAP-focused provider of IT systems integration and implementation services, to Wipro Limited, a multinational IT services and consulting company.

Kayne Anderson Private Credit (KAPC), the middle market private credit group of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, has closed the firm’s fourth middle market senior credit fund, Kayne Senior Credit Fund IV (KSCF IV).
Over the last two years, KAPC has now raised over $4.5 billion of investable capital across Kayne Senior Credit Fund IV & IV-B, two private business development companies (BDC), separately managed accounts and other vehicles investing alongside the fund from a diverse group of leading institutional and individual investors including insurance companies, pension funds, foundations and endowments, family offices, and ultra-high-net worth.
Global law firm Goodwin has appointed Andrew Roeder as a partner in the firm’s Private Investment Funds practice in Boston.

Healthcare technology VC firm Flare Capital Partners has closed its third fund, Flare Capital Partners III, with a total of $350 million in committed capital.
The significantly oversubscribed fundraise follows up on its prior two funds raised in July 2019 and the inaugural fund raised in April 2015, respectively. With the most recent fund, this establishes Flare Capital Partners as one of the largest, independent, early-stage venture capital firms dedicated to healthcare technology.
Conjura, an e-commerce data analytics platform, has raised €15 million in a Series A funding round co-led by Act Venture Capital and MiddleGame Ventures.
Tribal VC also participated in the round.
Conjura will use the capital to enhance its e-commerce solutions to address the sector’s ever-increasing digital needs in a multi-product solution. The company also announced plans to broaden its UK and Ireland operations and expand into several international markets simultaneously.
