Audax Private Equity (Audax) has completed the sale of Stonewall Kitchen (Stonewall), a provider of branded specialty food and home good products, to TA Associates.
Established in 1991 and headquartered in York, Maine, Stonewall Kitchen serves its specialty food and home goods products to more than 8,500 wholesale accounts nationwide and internationally. In addition, Stonewall operates eleven retail locations throughout New England and provides its products through catalogs and an industry-leading direct-to-consumer website.

ACORE Capital, a credit manager focused on commercial real estate lending, has appointed Roger (Roddy) W Conner as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Marketing and Investor Relations.

Encompass Corporation, a provider of automated Know Your Customer (KYC) solutions, has raised approximately USD33 million (GBP25 million) in a funding round led by Australian investment management company Perennial Partners.
Financial services focused principal investing firm Serendipity Capital, Seven Seat Capital, and FinTech investment firm Microequities Asset Management also participated in the round. There were also follow-on investments from several existing shareholders, including Alan McIntyre, former Global Head of Banking Services at Accenture, and Tim Frost, ex-Chairman of IHS Markit, as well as experienced technology investor Ray Scott.

AYOXXA Biosystems, a specialist in the development of multiplex protein analysis assays for drug discovery and translational research, has closed a funding round led by Prosnav Capital, who will provide AYOXXA access to the Asian market with a broad regional network.
Besides Prosnav, a group of existing shareholders participated in the financing.

New Mountain Capital, a growth-oriented investment firm with over USD35 billion in assets under management, and Endicott Capital, an investment fund focused exclusively on the information services sector, have closed on the the acquisition of 3E from Verisk.
New Mountain will serve as the control investor.
