Afterparty, a technology company behind the new Web3 platform enabling creators to directly monetise and manage NFT collector relationships, has raised USD3 million in seed funding.
The round is led by Acrew Capital and TenOneTen Ventures with participation from Palm Tree Crew, Act One Ventures, Hex Capital, Red Light Management, and angel investors including Dylan & Brandon Lee, Louis Beryl, Dave Bonanno, Craig Clemens, Reade Seiff and Alex Kassan.
The funding will be used to accelerate product development of Afterparty’s end-to-end Creator NFT platform, which provides creators with the tools to launch NFTs and gain direct artistic and financial control
Maitland has made four senior appointments within its Guernsey Fund Administration division, as it continues to service its growing Guernsey client base.
Harry Rouillard has been appointed Director, whilst Luke Smith, Aimée Gontier, and James Taylor have been appointed as Assistant Mangers.

SeaFort Capital, a Halifax, Nova Scotia-based private equity firm, has selected SS&C Technologies’ full-service fund administration solution.
The firm launched its growth-focused buyout fund, SeaFort Capital Fund II, with a target fund size of USD160 million and USD110 million in initial committed capital. The new fund will invest in Canadian lower-mid-market core industrial and business services sectors.

Parts Town, a distributor of OEM foodservice equipment parts, has secured a significant investment from Los Angeles-based growth investment firm Leonard Green & Partners.
Existing investor Berkshire Partners (Berkshire) will retain its majority stake in the company, reinvesting alongside the Parts Town management team and Leonard Green.
These investments will enable Parts Town to accelerate innovation across its supply chain, distribution and ecommerce operations while further investing in its team to drive sustained high growth.
