eEquity AB, a Stockholm-based growth investor focusing on investments in digitally enabled businesses, has sold price comparison website PriceRunner to Klarna, a global retail bank founded in Sweden.
PriceRunner will bring new features in the form of product reviews, rich product discovery and price comparisons to the Klarna app to enhance the shopping, payments and banking experience for consumers globally.

Offen Petroleum (Offen) has completed two separate transactions where it acquired a portfolio of branded motor fuel dealer contracts from Petroleum Management (PM), a motor fuel distributor headquartered in Platteville, Colorado, and certain logistics assets of Pathfinder Transportation (Pathfinder), a distributor of propane in Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.
Offen is an independent distributor of motor fuels, propane, lubricants, and offers petroleum logistics services in 26 states throughout the Western and Midwestern United States. The business combinations continue to strengthen Offen’s geographic density and product offerings.

North West-based corporate finance boutique Rickitt Mitchell has acted as financial advisor to commercial cleaning provider AM Services Group (AMSG) on sale to facilities and property managed services provider Pinnacle Group (Pinnacle).
The acquisition will extend Pinnacle’s service capacity, technical skill set and expert knowledge across new FM sectors, including retail, manufacturing and chemical industries.
With AMSG headquartered in Lancashire, the acquisition also enhances Pinnacle’s ability to deliver holistic seamless services to a broader range of communities in accordance with their commitment to community stewardship.

Trilantic North America, a growth-focused private equity firm, has promoted Ted Rosenwasser to Partner, bringing the firm’s leadership team to 15 Partners.
This follows the appointments of Giulianna Ruiz and Christopher Murphy to Partner and the addition of Kristin DePlatchett as Partner and Head of Investor Relations earlier this year.
