Lindsey McMurray and Howard Garland have been appointed to the international wealth management company Kingswood Holdongs’ Board from Pollen Street Capital (‘Pollen Street’), an independent alternative asset investment management company.
The announcement is as per the terms of the investment completed in September this year which saw up to GBP80 million committed by way of an issue of irredeemable Convertible Preference Shares to certain investors and funds managed and/or advised by Pollen Street in a hugely significant milestone for the firm.

Funds advised by Apax Partners are to acquire Coalfire, a provider of cybersecurity advisory and assessment services, from The Carlyle Group (NASDAQ: CG) and The Chertoff Group. Financial terms of the transaction, which is expected to be completed in early 2020, subject to regulatory approval, have not been disclosed.

Ancala Partners (Ancala) has appointed Enrico Loewenthal as Vice President.
Loewenthal joins the investment team at Ancala as part of its continued expansion into mid-market infrastructure opportunities in Europe. In his new role, Enrico will assist with sourcing, analysing, executing and asset managing of investments in Europe.

JP Morgan Asset Management has appointed Meg McClellan as Head of Private Credit in the firm’s Global Alternatives group, effective 1 January, 2020, to lead the firm’s major expansion in Private Credit.
In the newly-created role, McClellan will oversee the firm’s Global Special Situations, Infrastructure Debt and Commercial Mortgage Loan businesses and lead the firm’s development of new private credit solutions.
