Muzinich & Co has appointed Alexis Ng as Country Manager, Singapore, and Managing Director, Asia-Pacific, effective January 2019. Wynnchurch Capital (Wynnchurch) has completed the acquisition of Buchanan Rubber Ltd. (Buchanan). An affiliate of private investment firm Sun Capital Partners (Sun Capital) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the drive technologies businesses of Regal Beloit Corporation. The acquired businesses design, engineer and assemble technology-enabled, high performance motor control solutions for industrial applications.   Founded in 1967, the engineered-driven business develops and manufactures variable frequency drive systems and other motor control solutions, with a focus on application-specific, highly engineered products. Ironwood Capital’s portfolio company NSA Industries (NSA) has acquired Metal Tronics, located in Georgetown, Massachusetts.
