Bedell Cristin Guernsey has acted again as lead adviser to EV Private Equity, an independent growth equity firm focussing on new technologies in the oil and gas sector, on the launch of its latest Guernsey fund, EV Private Equity V Plus LP, a Guernsey private investment fund (PIF).

Great Rock Capital, an asset-focused commercial finance company specialising in middle market lending, has closed a USD10 million credit facility to a leading skilled nursing and assisted living provider that operates 64 facilities in the Southwest USA.

BioMed Partners has invested in Tolremo therapeutics as part of USD9.3 million Series A financing round.
Tolremo therapeutics was founded in March 2017 as a Spin-off from ETH Zürich. Tolremo’s proprietary platform has the potential to change cancer therapy by targeting resistance-causing molecular mechanisms up-front, thereby addressing drug resistance proactively before it develops.
Tolremo therapeutics has also further strengthened its Board of Directors with the oncology, medical and industry experts Dr. Erich Greiner, Prof. em. Thomas Cerny, and Dr Andreas Wallnöfer. Dr Wallnöfer, General Partner BioMedPartners will represent BioMed on the board.
Blue Ocean Maritime Income, a closed-ended company which intends to operate as an investment trust, is to launch an initial public offering (IPO) on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

Pan-European mid-market private equity firm Agilitas has made two senior appointments, with Anne-Claire de Pompignan joining as Head of Investor Relations, and Antoine Rouland joining as an Investment Director.
De Pompignan joins Agilitas from Lyceum Capital where she focussed on Investor Relations and Capital Markets. Prior to that, she was an Investment Director at European Capital, investing private debt in pan-European mid-market buyouts and an analyst in the Leveraged Finance team of Lehman Brothers. De Pompignan is a native French speaker and holds a post graduate degree from University Paris-IX Dauphine.
