Private equity firm Falfurrias Capital Partners has purchased a controlling stake in Green Distribution, a specialist in the manufacturing and distribution of heat transfers and screen printed custom apparel.
Founded in 2009, Green offers printing, distribution, and art content management services for more than 4,000 customers. Using its proprietary front-end web platform, Green facilitates easy customisation and rapid turnaround times for consumers of heat transfers and screen printed apparel.

CenterOak Partners, a Dallas-based private equity firm focused on making control-oriented investments in middle market companies, has held the final close of CenterOak Equity Fund I with total commitments at the Fund’s hard cap of USD420 million.

Beechbrook Capital, a European specialist direct lender, has held the first close on its third Private Debt Fund at over EUR100 million.
Commitments have been received from the European Investment Fund, British Business Bank Investments Ltd – the commercial arm of the British Business Bank – and a number of leading European institutional investors. A second close is expected towards the end of 2016, with a final close in 2017.

Seventy per cent of global dealmakers believe that while Britain remains uncertain about when and how it intends to leave the EU, the number of global deals will fall overall, according to a new survey carried out by Intralinks.

Takeaway.com has acquired the Benelux businesses of Just Eat is a cash deal worth EUR22.5 million, of which 80 per cent was paid on completion and 20 per cent will be paid six months after completion, subject to the satisfaction of certain obligations.
