The latest issue of Beauhurst’s The Deal shows that deal numbers in Britain’s start-ups and high growth companies in the first half of 2016 have fallen over 20 per cent compared to the second half of 2015.  The firm writes that it appears that the EU referendum and its impact on investor confidence has had a significant effect in the second quarter of this year.
