Capstreet, a Houston-based lower middle market private equity firm, has acquired Analytic Stress Relieving (ASR), a provider of on-site heat-treating services. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Alternative investment giant Blackstone has started construction on its 226,000 sq ft European headquarters, which is located on the site of the former Lansdowne House in Berkeley Square, London. The commencement ceremony was attended by Blackstone’s CEO and Co-Founder Stephen Schwarzman, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and the US Ambassador to the UK, Jane Hartley. 
European credit specialist AlbaCore Capital Group has priced AlbaCore Euro CLO VI, its sixth collateralised loan obligation, at €402.3m, growing the total values of the firms’ CLO issuance to date from €2.2bn to ~€2.6bn.
