One Rock Capital Partners (One Rock), a value-oriented, operationally focused private equity firm, has opened a new office in London, to focus on European investment opportunities. Industry veteran Telmo Valido has been appointed as a partner to co-lead and grow the London-based team alongside Kurt Beyer, a partner formerly based in New York who is relocating to the London office.
Standish Management, an independent provider of fund administration services to private equity funds, has launched depositary services through its Luxembourg subsidiary, Standish Management (Luxembourg).
Standish’s depositary services are now operational after receiving authorisation from the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), which oversees Luxembourg’s financial sector.
Standish says the addition of depositary services to its fund administration and corporate services offerings enables the firm to now service clients across all Luxembourg regulatory and administration requirements.

Centana Growth Partners, a specialised growth equity private investment firm, has expanded its senior investment team with the addition of Sarah Mears Kim as partner.
Kim has more than 20 years of experience as an investor and operator in the technology, financial services, insurance and business services industries. Her background includes direct investing, fund investing, and co-investments across buyouts, growth equity, venture capital and other private markets.
She currently serves on the board of directors of Corsair and previously served on the board of directors for ABR Re, a Bermuda based reinsurer.
