ARQIS has advised Liberta Partners on the acquisition of KKS Kemmler Kopier Systeme GmbH (KKS).
A service provider in the field of managed services for office infrastructure, headquartered in Kaiserslautern, KKS was acquired by Liberta Partners in a strategic partnership with BayBG Bayerische Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.
Liberta Partners is a multi-family holding based in Munich and invests in corporate spin-offs and succession situations of family businesses with a strong focus on supporting the operational development of its portfolio companies.
ManTech International Corporation, a provider of innovative technologies and solutions for mission-critical national security programs, is to be acquired by funds managed by global investment firm Carlyle (NASDAQ: CG) in an all-cash transaction with a total enterprise value of approximately $4.2 billion.
Under the terms of the transaction, ManTech shareholders will receive $96.00 per share in cash, which represents a 32% premium to ManTech’s unaffected closing share price of $72.82 on 2 February, 2022, the last trading day prior to published media reports regarding a potential strategic process for the Company, and a 17% premium to the closing stock price of $81.97 on 13 May, 2022.
Apollo and Sofinnova Partners (Sofinnova), a European life sciences venture capital firm based in Paris, London, and Milan, have formed a long-term strategic and financial partnership.
Under the agreement, Apollo will take a minority equity interest in Sofinnova and commit up to €1 billion of managed capital to its investment funds.
This strategic partnership is poised to significantly accelerate Sofinnova’s growth. For Apollo, the investment will meaningfully increase its presence in life sciences and contribute to its growth ecosystem of partners that bring specialised knowledge and networks to its integrated platform.
