CoVenture, an alternative asset management firm focused on direct credit opportunities and credit-oriented investments in early and late-stage companies, has made two new female additions to its team – Dalia Bauman as a vice president in the hybrid capital team, and Molly Cline as an associate on the capital formation team.
Dan Pogue has joined Catalyst Partners, a private equity anchor and seeding platform backed by Moelis Asset Management, as a vice president. Pogue joins Catalyst from Asset Consulting Group (ACG), an investment consulting firm based in St Louis. 
HarbourVest Partners has appointed Javier Rodriguez as a managing director and head of client operations to oversee integration of the firm’s client experience, investment accounting, treasury, portfolio analytics, and performance measurement teams. Rodriguez joins HarbourVest from Goldman Sachs & Co, where he spent almost 20 years in various roles throughout APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. Most recently he was a managing director, and head of RIA custody operations and client experience. Collas Crill has appointed Chantelle Day as Counsel in its Corporate, Finance and Funds team in Cayman. Day trained and worked in a large Cayman Islands law firm for the first 12 years of her legal career and has spent four years practicing law in Dublin and London.
Jacmel Growth Partners, a minority-owned, private investment firm focused on working with midsize companies, has appointed Mark Hardaway to the newly-created role of chief financial officer (CFO). 
MidOcean Partners, a New York-based alternative asset manager specialising in middle-market private equity and alternative credit investments, has appointed Matt Maddox, former chief executive officer of Wynn Resorts, has joined the Executive Board of the firm. 
Innova Capital, a private equity firm focused on Central and Eastern Europe, has promoted Andrzej Pietrzak to partner, boosting the firm’s position in the e-commerce, logistics, and tech-enabled B2B sectors as it seeks investment opportunities through the recently launched Innova/7 fund. Pietrzak has been with Innova since 2013, and prior to becoming a partner, was a managing director at the company. Over the last few years, among things, he has overseen the development of INELO Group and PEKAES and was responsible for handling Innova’s exit from both investments. McGuireWoods has expanded its private equity team with appointment of partners Richard Starling and William Herrfeldt, who are highly regarded for their work advising clients on investment fund formation matters.  Starling and Herrfeldt advise fund sponsors on the organization, negotiation, structuring and operation of private investment funds, as well as regulatory and internal governance issues, and they advise institutional investors with respect to those and other alternative investments. Crestbridge has appointed Paul Phelan as head of risk and compliance – Ireland, as the business continues to enhance its platform in Dublin. Phelan has over 24 years’ pf financial services experience specifically related to the administration and management of regulated multi-domiciled investment fund products.  Phelan, who is an approved person under fitness and probity requirements by the Central Bank of Ireland, joins Crestbridge Link Group where he had headed up the compliance function in Ireland.  Phelan holds a variety of certifications from the Institute of Bankers in Ireland, is a Licentiate of Compliance Institute, and holds fellowship status with
