UK mid-market private equity firm LDC has added two to its North East and Scotland team with the appointment of Aaron Lawson-Clark as an Investment Director and Emma Borrie as an Investment Manager. With more than 15 years’ experience across private equity and corporate banking, Lawson-Clark has spent his career supporting the growth of scale-up to mid-sized businesses across all sectors of the economy.
