Ed Saunders has re-joined global law firm Goodwin as partner in the firm’s private equity practice in London. Saunders was previously a finance associate in Goodwin’s UK Private Equity practice for three years to 2019.

Jeff Zucker, the former boss of CNN, is in advanced talks to join RedBird Capital Partners, a private equity firm with a focus on professional sports investments, according to media reports.
Zucker, who prior to CNN headed up WarnerMedia’s Turner Sports division and also led NBC’s Olympic Games coverage, is being lined up to lead a new $1 billion sports investment fund at RedBird.
The firm already has a diverse portfolio of professional sports investments having recently acquired Italy’s AC Milan football club. RedBird is also the third largest shareholder in John W Henry’s Fenway Sports Group, the parent company

Lower mid-market private equity firm NorthEdge has made several changes to its leadership team with Michael Joseph stepping down as Executive, and Grant Berry taking on the role.
