Genesis Global, a low-code application development platform purpose-built for financial markets organisations, has appointed Jason Jhonson as Chief Marketing Officer CMO. Jhonson reports to CEO, Stephen Murphy. Jhonson has more than 20 years of experience building brands for pioneering technology companies like Improbable, GitHub, PayPal and Yahoo. He joins Genesis from Improbable, tahe metaverse technology company. As Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, he built marketing and sales teams from ground up and helped Improbable scale during five years of growth.    He earned his MBA and undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.  
Royal Park Partners, a specialist financial advisor to the fintech industry, is expanding its leadership team with the hire of ex-Barclays dealmaker Niccolò Gamaleri as senior director. In his new role Gamaleri will focus on supporting fintech founders and private equity-backed companies through capital raises, M&A transactions, and IPOs. Innova Capital, a Central European private equity firm, has promoted MichaÅ‚ WojdyÅ‚a to the position of partner, strengthening the firm’s position in the technology sector ahead of deployment of its new Innova/7 investment vehicle. WojdyÅ‚a, previously managing director, has been with Innova Capital since 2008. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in the private equity industry, working on numerous investments and portfolio companies. Kainos Capital (Kainos), a Dallas-based food and consumer-focused private equity firm, has promoted Mike Perloski and Jacob Spitz to Senior Associate.  Perloski joined Kainos in 2020 from Credit Suisse, where he was an analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group. He graduated from Princeton University with a BA in economics and a certificate in finance, where he was also a member of the varsity football team.   Spitz joined Kainos in 2020 from Wells Fargo Securities, where he was an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. IMMO, a tech-driven residential investment platform, has appointed Him Mandali as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO) following a record-breaking $75 million Series B round. Mandali, who joins from Solarisbank AG, Europe’s leading banking-as-a-service platform, will be responsible for further developing and enhancing IMMO’s in-house technology-driven investment platform.   Mandali’s appointment, which will see him take up a newly created role, follows a year of rapid growth for IMMO. Vestar Capital Partners, a US private equity firm, has promoted several investment professionals, including Neil Merchant, Mark Dirzulaitis, and Angela Yun to principal, and Alex Veronneau to vice president. Merchant, a member of the Firm’s Business & Technology Services group, joined Vestar in 2018. He previously worked at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe focusing on healthcare and technology investments. PSG, a growth equity firm partnering with software and technology-enabled services companies, has appointed private capital veteran and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Head of Technology, Media & Telecom, Financial Services and Healthcare, Bogdan Bo Cenanovic, as a Managing Director.
