Eurazeo has appointed Paul Hermelin as Senior Advisor to the Group.
Currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Capgemini, where he previously served as CEO and then as Chairman and CEO for a total of 18 years, Hermelin is one of the most esteemed figures in consulting and digital services worldwide.
Under his guidance and stewardship, Capgemini has become one of the world’s leading players in the transformation and digitalisation of companies and their business processes, with more than 300,000 employees in 50 countries.
Global investment firm Cambridge Associates has made four senior hires across Europe: Stefan Lummert, Investment Managing Director; Nick Rees, Investment Managing Director; Devon Zimmerling, Investment Director; Sarah Acheson, Investment Director.
Lummert will be based in Munich where he will report into Alex Koriath, Head of the European Pension Practice and Regional Head of Germany. He will manage client investment portfolios with an emphasis on infrastructure, private credit, and private equity.

Based in Jersey, Sharples will be responsible for ensuring the monitoring of operational performance and for the management of all regulatory and compliance matters, ensuring the business’s ongoing adherence to both its own internal policies and procedures and to local regulatory obligations. Sharples also manages Crestbridge’s regulatory relationship with the local regulator, the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC).

Global investment firm The Carlyle Group has appointed Linda Hefner Filler, retired consumer goods and retail executive, and Mark S Ordan, Chief Executive Officer of Mednax, Inc, as independent directors to serve on its Board of Directors, effective 1 April, 2022.
Carlyle also announced the retirement of Janet Hill after a decade of service. With these appointments, Carlyle’s Board of Directors will comprise 13 members and will be majority independent.

Howe joins Mercury from Stanwich Advisors where he managed Origination, Distribution and Project Management functions, while Dunham also brings a tenured placement expertise to the Firm after spending 16 years as a Partner at Pinnacle Trust Partners, an independent placement and advisory firm for alternative investments.
